Meter update 11.11

Hey folks,

11.11 version of the meter is here! This version has cleaned up code and and a couple of bug fixes. Check Nashes Quote here:

[04:33 PM] Nash Fraenkel: i’m told there was some questions about the recent patches. The scythe had a patch so that its sensors would properly turn off when destroyed. expect some other weapons soon with the similar changes. The meter had some general code clean up, as well as a quick fix for the non-physical beacons that were reported. We have some more substantial meter changes coming soon which require a bit of testing first.
[04:37 PM] Nash Fraenkel: we’re working on making that message a bit harder to miss. Maybe some audio "upgrage required. upgrade required" and more obvious text display.
